What a wonderful gustative experience !We took the &laquo;&nbsp;epicure&nbsp;&raquo; menu and the chef agreed to include the &laquo;&nbsp;foie gras raviole&nbsp;&raquo;, simply the best raviole ever.From starters to desert, just amazing.Some kind of haute couture cuisine from Auguste Escoffier.Great wines (very nice sommelier).The service is perfect.The room is very nice, lots of space between tables,.Hats off, I highly recommend.

We expect more from a 2* Michelin. Many items missed a clear taste and especially the traditional foie gras, with different shaped pieces, did have all over the same taste!The service is very professional, nevertheless no warm attitude is to detect.The Sommelier did not take time to explain the different possibilities, especially after we told him, to prefer half a bottle. All in all an experience, we do not like to repeat. We just had another 2* Michelin experience in Germany and where absolutely pleased.In general, we do eat 2-3 times a year in this restaurant category.

We really enjoyed our lunch here. Fair to say this restaurant is one of the two best restaurants in Alsace. We drove two hours one-way especially for this and I&#39;d happily do it again. Nearly all our dishes from the discovery menu were interesting, with an unexpected element in it, wonderfully tasty and well presented. The only dish we did not like too much was a duck dish - but we had made this change to the menu, so can only blame ourselves. Should have stuck with the menu!

If you have never had the pleasure of eating here it is an experience not to be missed if you can help it. It is definitely a place to celebrate an occasion or milestone event either as a romantic couple or as family or friends. The level of service and attention to detail is exactly what you might expect from a chef and staff dedicated to bringing you a truly fine gastronomic experience from start to finish. We were lucky enough to get a table on a whim and I would not attempt that again as the rest of the tables quickly filled. There is a varied offering of menus at different price levels, with or without wine. Wine is always charged separately and is available by the glass. A hint as far as the dessert de maison; it is enough to share with a second person and includes a range of fruits and chocolate. The cheese selection is vast compared to other places and well chosen from local providers. Staff speaks French, German and some English and is helpful when there are any questions about either food or wine. Service is present but not hovering.
